The place where I was born and raised. I love and miss many things from Colorado. Some of my favorite memories are of going to Rockies games at Coors Field, picnics in the mountains, taking cabs to the bars, learning to ski in Breckenridge, talking a walk through Wash Park, breakfast at Benny's, happy hour at Govnr's Park, hitting golf balls off our roof deck into the Govenors Mansion - LOL, going to the theater, Fort Collins Brewfest, CSU vs CU games, sitting on the patio in Lodo having drinks in the sun, living in Capitol Hill, Denver Chop House, my swimming pool growing up, Lookout Mountain, Pearl Street in Boulder, shopping at Park Meadows and Cherry Creek, eating HUGE enormous burgers from Jims Burger Haven, concerts at Red Rocks....but the one thing I don't miss is the snow and that's why I left the Mile High City in the spring of 2004.

They shut down the streets and it's usually very nice, sunny weather. The perfect way to drink beer! Plus by the end of the day they start to give away twice as much beer per token.
Great American Beer Festival - this one has beers from all over - CLICK HERE to see the list. One small draw back is that its inside the Colorado Convention Center. But who cares, you have beer right?!
