Oh. My. Gawd. I'm in jewelry heaven!!!! I've seen a lot of this brand in all the mags lately, and every single time I've drooled over each and every piece. I've always loved things with an old world, heirloom feel to them. Somehow it gets my imagination going and I start to wonder about the story behind them.
For the longest time, I've been thinking about making my own jewelry again. As I really haven't seen much of what I want in my price range, but at the same time I can't stand wearing little to no accessories. Back in the day, jewelry making was a passion of mine, I used to make gold dipped pendants and little fuzzy bear necklaces. I had quite a little jewelry business going on during my middle school days. But to be honest, I just don't have the time anymore. I'm swamped at work, I barely get the chance to blog - heeelllllooooo I definitely don't have time to fit in jewelry making!!!
Enter Waxing Poetic. They're combining so many loves of mine. First of all, I love how they let you customize and layer your own jewelry - "to build a story". And it's awesome how all the items on the site seem to work together, so you can't really mess things up when layering pieces. Plus, most of the items are super affordable, yet look like they're anything but. Did I mention there's even a section for men? I'm totally sold ... my wishlist is going to be loooong!
